MLB specializes in natural looking eyelash extensions. Enhancing your natural beauty.
A consultation will be done at the start of each appointment to go over the desired eyelash look you're looking for. Consent and release forms must be completed before the service for all new guests. Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Arriving with heavy eye makeup or caked on mascara will result in a $20 fee for cleaning the lashes prior to the full set. We will not apply lash extensions to dirty lashes. Aftercare instructions are below and will be given at the end of the service. If you wear contact lenses please bring your case as you will be asked to remove them prior to the service. If you're pregnant and is interested in eyelash extensions you can certainly get them. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you're expecting, a little extra care will be needed.
Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks and include a lash bath. Clean lashes mean longer lash retention and prevent blepharitis. We do not want any of our guests to experience that so we're now offering a deep clean with each fill. It is the lash artists responsibility to educate the client on taking care of their lash extensions, it is also the clients responsibility to follow through with the instructions. The lash bath we use can be used at home everyday for a gentle cleanse and can be purchased in the salon at the end of your service.
At this time 2 and 3 week refills are done. We do not do 4 week refills anymore. If it has been over 3 weeks and you have not had a fill in please book a full set, if you do not book accordingly your appointment will be changed.
We do not lash over other lash technicians work. If you currently have lash extensions and is interested in becoming an MLB guest the lashes will need to be removed prior to a new set. An additional fee will be accessed for removal if you do not book the removal service.

To have longer lash retention it is critical to follow the below steps after your eyelash extension appointment.
  • Do not tug or pull on the lashes
  • Brush through the lashes daily with the brush provided
  • Cleanse the lashes daily. If you do not know how to clean your lashes we will show you how using a gentle foam cleanser you can purchase in the salon
  • Sleeping on your back or on a silk pillowcase is recommended
  • Use only oil-free makeup removers and products on the face. Oils breakdown the adhesive and the extensions will come out (micellar water is oil free)
  • Avoid mascara. We do not recommend wearing mascara with extensions
  • Do not remove the extensions yourself, they should be removed by a licensed professional. Extensions applied by MLB will be removed free of charge
  • Enjoy your new lashes!

Q. Do I need to wait 24 hours before I can get my extensions wet?
A. No. A bonder is used to completely dry the lash adhesive.
Q. I have sensitive eyes, am I a good candidate for lash extensions?
A. It depends, some guests may experience a sensitivity to the adhesive immediately after the service but will shortly clear up. If you're someone who has extremely sensitive eyes I would not recommend lash extensions.
Q. How often do you recommend a brand new set?
A. 6 months. I recommend not leaving your lashes on longer than 6 months. Have them removed for a while to give your natural lashes a break and then reapply.
Q. Will extensions harm my natural lashes?
A. No. As long as they are applied by a licensed professional and cleansed daily they should not harm your natural lashes.
